Working in the pharmaceutical industry for over 15 years , I have had the privilege to see first hand the life-changing impact safe and effective therapies can have for patients in need.  But drug development can be an exhausting game, and you'll need creativity, problem-solving, education, and experience if you want to win. 

I started Country Road Consulting because I believe in the mission of my clients, and I want to see them succeed. Our goal at Country Road Consulting is to get you where you're trying to go as efficiently and effectively as we can. Based in rural Nebraska, I've traveled a lot of roads; some of them are paved, some of them are... more interesting to navigate. When it comes to drug development, the road is never straight, there are always obstacles along the way, and the destination is not guaranteed. However, with patience, tenacity, and the right people on your team, your chances of success increase exponentially. We can't say it will be easy, and we might have to do some off-roading, but we feel confident that together we can find a way.

I am a highly motivated scientist with 16 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, leveraging an extensive background in biomedical training and deep experience in regulatory affairs to contribute to drug development strategy from discovery through post-marketing commitments. I am equipped to lead and support the planning and execution of a wide variety of deliverables along the drug development pathway, providing strategic and scientific guidance, interpretation and positioning of data, project management, and authoring of regulatory documents. I am especially skilled at engaging cross-functional teams, distilling complex topics, fostering collaboration, and driving consensus.
